新基础教育课程改革实施已经过去了十几个年头,古老而年轻的学校体育教育事业要更好、更快的发展,就需要我们这些在基层的一线体育教育工作者将理论和实践更好、更有效的融会贯通,只有这样才能真正达到课程改革初始的目标。以下是我这些年来在工作中总结出的一些心得体会。

一、对待新教学方法的态度

在整合活动过程中,我一直秉承实事求是、不怕困难和勇于探索的精神进行了卓有成效的工作,在对课程整合工作上的问题能做到虚心向学、认真反思和自我批评。在反思中发现问题,抓关键问题进行分析解决、讨论交流。

有效的将二者整合是重点、难点问题。在这个问题上我采取思考、实践、反思、再实践的方法。这样做之后,我逐渐找出了一些问题的解决方法。

二、体育课课堂常规的必要性

其实课堂常规是一种让教学顺利开展的手段,对体育课来说是一件再平常不过的,也是不可或缺的环节,第一,这项内容的实施主要是为了方便教师了解清楚学生的出勤情况,使体育课堂教学井然有序。第二,让学生适应上课的气氛,让课堂纪律得以保证,明确所学的内容,制定初期的锻炼目标。更好的学习体育课所教的内容。这项内容在整个课中具有相当重要地位。具体实施的办法如下:

(1)上课铃声响后,学生排列成四列或三列横队。在这项内容中具体的要求“快、静、齐”。

(2)体育委员整理队伍并检查出勤的情况,然后向教师报告。教师安排有特殊情况的学生进行见习,要求学生要配合体育委员,听从教师的安排。

(3)师生之间相互问好。

(4)教师向学生宣布课的内容并提出具体的要求,学生认真的听清楚。

三、新理论对体育课提出的要求和改变

新的课程标准要求,体育教师在体育教学活动中要一改原来的学生在学习过程中,被动的接受知识,大运动量反复操练的学习方式。倡导学生主动参与的探究式学习,在各科的国家课程标准中,科学探究的意义以及如何通过国家课程标准促进探究式学习实施的问题,得到了普遍的重视。科学探究不仅被作为重要的理念强调,还作为教学建议提出,而且被列入课程目标和内容标准之中,作为必须实施的内容要求。这势必对教学实践产生重大的影响。在刚开始的时候,总感觉在教学中找不着北,其实是找不到一个度。为了这个度我在教学活动中不断的实践、总结、记录、找相关的材料,进行不断的学习领会,领会这样的一个度的具体尺度。

四、如何在体育课过程中更好、更有效的实现新的改革理念

(1)体育课自身的实质不能丢

什么是体育课的实质?是通过体育教学,学生在学习各种体育技能的同时,培养人心理素质和毅力、意志方面,具有其他学科没有的优越性。

在刚刚进行课程改的开始阶段,会出现放得“太松”了,过了的现象。不能在课上完成教案中预期的计划,上课的组织也变得相当吃力。感觉有点“放出去了,收不回来。”虽然学生是开心了,但课的本质并没有体现出来。我们现在上的体育课,并不是让学生进行自由的体育活动练习,这两者之间是有差别的。前者的目的和要求是学生要通过课学会或掌握与体育相关的知识,后者是只需要参与就已经达到了目的了。前面已经提到,我们进行的是教学改革。这个改革的内容是教学,如果教学得不到体现,那就不是教学改革,而是变成了另外的一件事情了,教学就不存在了。可以说,这是一种原则性的错误。

(2)合理运用方法,更有效实现教学目标

在课的过程中有的部分要大胆的“放”,有的部分要牢牢的控制。做到放得出,更要收得回,在学生分散学习后,我们利用约定教学法,让“收”更有成效。

如何具体的做到这一点呢?下面举个例子来讲讲。在上课时,在入主教材前的这一段时间和练习里。课堂常规要抓,而且要严格的抓紧。为何?俗语有云:无规矩无以成方圆。要学生清楚明白这么一点――现在是在上课。也许有人会这么认为,这有什么好强调的?我个人认为这太有必要强调了,为什么?在课程改革当中要求让学生进行思考和自主的、探究性的学习,这点很重要。在教学中要实施这一点的前提就是,必须留出足够的时间和空间。在这些时间内学生要靠自己的自觉性进行学习,教师只做一个引导和组织的工作,但是在平时的教学中不是每一位学生都是很自觉的学习和练习。并不完全是。所以很有必要在平时上课前,在这项工作上要花力气和时间。
