西南财经大学博士研究生学术论文要求与认定办法

为进一步促进我校博士研究生的科研能力、科研水平的不断提高，科学合理认定研究生科研成果，激励博士研究生从事创新性研究，特制定本办法。
一、在读期间的科研要求
1.博士研究生在申请博士学位论文答辩前应在学校科研处认定的中文B1级以上或英文B级以上刊物上独立或排名第一（与本校教师合作完成排名第二视同第一）发表与本学科相关的学术论文一篇。
2.所有论文登记以原件为准，用稿通知一律无效。
二、认定程序
1.申请答辩的博士研究生在研究生部主页“在线科研成果登记”登录。2.登录后持论文原件、复印件二份和博士研究生学位论文答辩资格审核表到学院（中心）初审盖章。学院（中心）留存论文复印件一份。
3.博士研究生持学位论文答辩资格审核表和论文复印件一份到校学位办审核。
4.凡审核不合格者不得申请论文评阅和答辩。
三、本办法适用于2006级及以后博士研究生，由研究生部负责解释。附件1： 中文学术期刊等级分类目录（试行）
