（一）礼貌英语：
1、问候：Good morning/ afternoon/ evening ,Sir/Madam.早上（下午、晚上）好

③“mi”通常是对未婚女性的尊称。
④“how are you”用于熟悉的人们之间的问候语，使用时常加上对方的称呼，如“how are you，mi zhang?”

说明：
①“sorry、I’m so sorry、excuse me”及“I beg your pardon”等都表示“对不起”，sorry、I’m so sorry都有遗憾抱歉之意。与excuse me及I beg your pardon含义相同。但I’m so sorry大多表示婉言拒绝他人的要求，表示不能同意或不能满足对方的意见或要求。如“sorry（i‘m sorry），this table has been reserved”，但在招呼别人时，引起别人注意，只能用“excuse me”。
（四）引起对方注意或请求原谅：
1、Excuse me.劳驾
2、Excuse me.May I come in? 请问，我可以入内吗？
3、请原谅打断您（说话、办事）
