广州地区第六届中外友人运动会总规程

一、主办单位：广州市人民政府外事办公室、广州市体育局
第16届亚组委外联部
二、承办单位：广州市人民对外友好协会
三、协办单位：广州市外国专家局、广州市外经贸局
四、策划推广：广东思域广告有限公司、广州赛德文化传播有限公司
五、比赛时间地点：
2009年11月28日（周六）至29日（周日）在广州暨南大学体育场举行。
六、比赛项目：本次运动会拟设以下比赛项目：
◆篮球：A组、B组（只限于男性）
◆五人足球：A组、B组（只限于男性）
◆网球：男子双打A、B组；女子双打A、B组；
◆羽 毛 球：男子单打A、B组；女子单打A、B组；双打（含混双）A、B组 ◆乒 乓 球：男子单打A、B组；女子单打A、B组
A组别为中方领导和外国驻穗机构，B组别为各院校。
七、参赛人员范围：
（一）外方：各国驻穗领事馆官员及家属、外国驻穗机构人员及家属、在穗的广州市荣誉市民、外国经济（文教）专家、留学生以及外商投资企业的外籍人士及家属。
（二）中方：广州市人大、市政协、市委、市政府、亚组委及市属机关、企事业单位副局级以上的领导；香港、澳门驻穗企业高层领导；广州各大媒体领导、市友协理事会暨团体会员代表。
八、参赛资格：
（一）本次运动会不接受现役专业运动员和无合法居留权的外籍人士的报名。
（二）运动员需具备相应比赛项目所要求达到的健康条件，方可报名参赛。参赛人员因健康原因在比赛中所发生的意外事故，本赛会概不负责。
九、报名办法：
（一）参赛人员按单位报名，可跨单位自由组队。
（二）篮球比赛：10人以内（含10人）为1个代表队；五人足球比赛：10人以内（含10人）为1个代表队。
（三）每人限报两个比赛项目。当两个比赛项目发生冲突时，只可参加一个项目的比赛。
（四）各项目参赛人数不限。

3十、比赛办法：根据单项竞赛规程进行比赛。
十一、奖励办法：
（一）各项目（级别）获得比赛前8名的给予奖励。
（二）运动会设“最佳男运动员奖”、“最佳女运动员奖”、“最佳表现奖”、“最佳参与奖”。趣味性比赛设参与纪念奖。
十二、服装及装备：按单项竞赛规程执行。
十三、其他事项
各参赛单位可自行组织啦啦队。
十四、规程规则之解释权归大会竞赛部及各竞赛小组。

The 6th Guangzhou Friendship Games is to be held from 28th November(Saturday)to 29th November(Sunday)2009 in Jinan Univercity Sports Center.6.DISCIPLINES
6.1 Basketball: Men’s only(team A, team B)
6.2 Five-a-side Football: Men’s only.（team A, team B）
6.3 Tennis: Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles.(team A, team B)
6.4 Badminton: Men’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Singles(team A, team B)
6.5 Table Tennis: Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles(team A, team B)
6.6 Bowling
Team A is from government and Consulates, Team B is from universities and institutes.7.PARTICIPANTS
7.1 Foreign friends and officials(and their families)working in
Guangzhou-based consulate-generals, branches of foreign institutions, foreign-invested enterprises, honorable citizens, as well as foreign students studying in Guangzhou or foreign teachers and experts.7.2 Officials working at the Municipality’s public sector institutions and enterprises at or above the ‘Deputy-Director-General’ level;high-level managers from Guangzhou-based Hong Kong or Macao enterprises;directors of Guangzhou People’s Aociation for Friendship with Foreign Countries.8.ENTRY QUALIFICATION
8.1 The 6th Friendship Games does not accept entries from the incumbent profeionals and those foreigners who do not have the legitimate right of abode in Guangzhou.8.2 Participants should have the adequate condition of health required for participating events.The Organizing Committee shall not be responsible for any injury or death caused by health problems occurring upon the competitors during the Games.9.ENTRIES
9.1 Participants should get in their entries through their organizations.However, they are free to form a group or team with those from other organizations for competition.9.2 Each basketball team should consist of no more than 10 members.Each five-a-side football team should consist of no more than 10 members.9.3 Each participant should choose no more than 2 events for entry, and should only participate in one of them if the event schedules coincide.9.4 Entries are not limited for all the events.9.5 The entry deadline is 9th, October, 2009Completed entry forms and copy of paport(foreigners only)should be faxed or emailed to Guangzhou People’s Aociation for Friendship with Foreign Countries(Tel: 83125434,83125532, Fax: 83125533,email:
10.METHOD OF COMPETITION
Please refer to the specific regulations for each discipline, which will be worked out in accordance with the final number of entries.11.AWARDS
11.1 Awards are presented to the top 8 places of each event.11.2 Other awards include ‘Best Male Athlete’, ‘Best Female Athlete’, ‘Best Performance’ and ‘Participation Award’.12.COSTUMES AND EQUIPMENT
