美国室内设计有两种合同：一种叫做specification，就是只设计，不负责采购室内陈设；另外一种是turnkey，字面意思就是交钥 匙，设计师负责设计同时也负责采购室内全部用品用具，包括家具、摆设、艺术皮、画、床上用品、地毯等。后者主要是有钱人家采用的方式比较多，这样才能保证质量。因为设计师更能贯彻自己的设计理念，保证采购回来的东西风格统一并且由于设计师采购的价格是批发价，所以实际上主人并不需要多付钱。Chair Rail – 挡椅线 也可以叫做腰线 Picture rair – 挂镜线 Baseboard – 踢脚 TUB = 浴缸
