新城区学校是新城区发展过程中的产物。其发展对新城区建设具有重要意义,而教师队伍建设是新城区学校建设的关键点。因此,研究新城区学校教师队伍建设,不仅能够促进新城区学校的发展,还能丰富新城区学校教育管理的理论。为了探究新城区教师队伍建设现状,主要选取具有典型新城区学校特征的YW学校进行个案研究并搜集相关资料。在对学校管理者、年轻教师和成熟教师进行访谈的基础上,以期解决以下三个问题:一,新城区学校教师队伍建设现状如何。二,新城区学校教师队伍建设的现存问题与制约因素有哪些。三,如何解决新城区学校教师队伍建设中的相关问题。研究发现,新城区学校初步具有教师队伍建设的相关措施,明确了目标并进行了规划,但新城区学校的教师队伍结构存在不稳定及不平衡的特点。教师队伍过于年轻化,女性化。每年大量年轻教师的涌入,也影响着新城区学校的教学质量。同时,学校较为繁重的教学任务以及较高的期望,成为年轻教师成长的双刃剑。因此,新城区学校的教师队伍建设需要以建立相应组织文化为目标,突出教师队伍建设的人文理念,在培养教师团队凝聚力的基础上,发展多元的教师评价体系,完善教师队伍建设的配套体制。

corresponding organization culture as the goal, to prominent teachers humanistic philosophy.Based on cultivation of teachers' team cohesion, it should develop multivariate teacher evaluation system and perfect supporting system.
