Speech Ladies and Gentlemen, It’s an honor for us to have the opportunity to host the 20th ITS World Congre at SEU.Please allow me on behalf of the organizing committee,to extend our cordial welcome to all the scholars and guests form home and abroad who have been invited to this congre!SEU is one of the key universities in China,which is cosupported by the State Education Ministry and the JiangSu Provincial Government.Our university pays great attention to the international academic exchanges and cooperation,especially the exchanges and cooperation with the first-cla universities in the world.ITS World Congre is the most authoritative industry event and has the largest number of participants in the field of ITS.It has been succefully held nineteen seions in Europe ,America and Asia Pacific alternately.The theme of this conference is “ITS for the next generation”.According to the theme of this conference we will discu and consider about traffic safety and management iue.And I believe the traffic problems of metropolitan will be solved with our effort in the future.Now I wish the conference a great succe.Thank you!
