【中文摘要】研究:本研究尝试将肌电图引入标枪投掷技术的研究当中,试图构建标枪最后用力阶段的肌电图模式,通过研究来检测肌肉用力的顺序、贡献率,从而有针对性的改进某些肌肉的训练方式和手段,从一个全新的角度来阐明标枪最后用力技术的科学合理性,为改进和合理化肌肉力量训练计划提供理论依据。研究方法:本研究运用芬兰产MuscleTesierME6000便携式8导肌电仪对9名一级及以上优秀标枪运动员的投掷动作进行信号采集,并运用处理系统中的分析软件进行主要肌肉活动状态的肌电分析。结论:1标枪运动员最后用力的准备部分:(1)最后用力准备部分各肌肉的开始放电顺序符合“大关节首先活动的原理”,但有些运动员在最后用力准备部分由于对标枪没有很好的控制导致桡肌首先发力;(2)腹外斜肌和股二头肌在整个最后用力阶段一直持续用力;(3)在最后用力的准备部分中,应缩短从单脚支撑过渡到双脚支撑所需的时间,提高水平速度利用率;(4)有些运动员在最后用力准备部分三角肌和斜方肌的贡献率偏高,说明在此部分三角肌和斜方肌过于紧张,整体的肌肉协调性较差,应对肌肉协调用力加强练习。2标枪运动员最后用力的加速部分:(1)最后用力加速部分所测运动员腹外斜肌都最先发力,在完成“满弓”动作时,腹外斜肌已经得到充分的拉伸,在最后用力加速部分开始时刻快速收缩用力,使躯干带动投掷臂向前,对标枪出手时的“鞭打”加
速起到积极的作用;(2)最后用力加速部分肌肉肌电活动结束的先后顺序中,前胫骨肌首先结束发力,其次是腹外斜肌和腓肠肌,桡肌和三角肌最后结束发力,符合由下至上发力,使动量由下肢传至躯干,再由躯干传至投掷臂;(3)结合同步录像可以看出,最后用力加速部分三角肌的贡献率偏小,可能与重心偏高上体偏直,“满弓”动作不充分,幅度偏小,“鞭打”动作未用全力等因素有关。
