Teaching aims and demands:
本单元计划7个课时完成,主要围绕 “电影”这一学生感兴趣的话题展开教学，让学生就中、外名片展开讨论，发表自己对不同题材电影的观点，同时向学生介绍著名的影星和导演，让他们就如何写好一篇简短并且条理清晰的影评进行练习。语法方面主要巩固定语从句。课时及内容具体为：
Warming-up 和Speaking及练习册中的Talking部分计划用1.5个课时完成,主要教学有关如何写影评方面的句型。
Listening及Workbook中的Listening部分计划用1个课时完成,让学生学习了解有关演员及导演的生平及爱好。
Pre-reading, Reading和Post-reading部分计划用2课时完成，教学一篇传记体的短文，介绍好来坞最有影响的导演及艺术家——Steven Spielberg。
Language Study及Practicing部分计划用1.5个课时完成,主要复习教学定语从句，让学生对定语从句的结构、特点及关系代（副）词的用法进行巩固。
Integrating skills 计划用2课时完成,教学电影Not one le《一个也不能少》，由于该片曾在电视上播出过，有的学生观看过，故在教学时可以充分调动学生学习的积极性。

课后小结：该节课谈论的话题“电影”是学生比较感兴趣的，故该堂课学生在讨论时气氛比较热烈。该节课总体上比较成功。
