How to have grateful as a way of life?

What you are doing is gradually chipping away the exce stone, that exce stone ,that limitation that has been put on us by the schema all around us, by the news that you read this morning, by most of the conversation internal conversation that go on as well as the external conversation.Besides writing down the things you are grateful for, you can write a thank you note or make a thank you call.However that’s not just a thank you note or a thank you call.It’s setting down and thinking what can you be grateful for, and really thinking about it.Really think about what these people, the important people in your life are doing for you and expre it.Don’t take that for granted.Expre it!It’s a win-win.Variety will help you keep it fresh while doing it regularly.You can write a thank you letter this week, and make a grateful phone call next week and go on a grateful visit.Or something likes that.How do we expre gratitude and in general how we deal with painful and positive emotions?

Some researches shows that write down or talking about the negative experience will help people keep healthier and happier, but just thinking about it(simply replaying)will make the condition worse.On the opposite, people who write down positive experiences feel worse both mentally and physically.The people talking about it feel happier but le healthy.Those who just think about it become happier and healthier.Use your eyes as if tomorrow you will have been stricken blind.Hear the music of voices, the songs of a bird the mighty strains of an orchestra as if you would be stricken deaf tomorrow.Touch each object as if tomorrow your tactile sense would fail.Smell the perfume of flowers, taste with relish each morsel, as if tomorrow you could never taste or smell again.Make the most of every sense.Glory in all the facets and pleasures and beauty which the world reveals to you.How is change poible?

How does change actually look like on the brain level? This change is based on the concept of neuroplasticity.Neuroplasticity are neurons are plastic-they are change.There is another concept neurogenesis.Neurons develop, are created throughout our lives until the day we die potentially.The brain, it turns out, in many ways is like muscle: use it and you don’t lose it.Use it and you generate.There are millions of channels inside and the river the experience fell into is the largest one.When something is reinforced over and over again, it becomes a habit and channel becomes larger.Words and phrases:
