资信调查的问询和回复
资信调查是指通过书面邮件向有关方面调查贸易对象的经济状况，信用，声誉和经营模式等方面的信息。可以向银行和商会进行资信调查，但是银行不能给出和银行没有业务往来的企业的信用记录。因此，需要开立信用证时，对方必须要从办理他公司业务银行处开立信用证。
无论资信调查的结果如何，必须要写信回复提供信息的机构并表示感谢。
资信调查的信件，一般在信头要写上“Confidential（机密）”或者“ Private and Confidential(机密请亲启)”
