《导游接待英语》课程教学大纲

一、课程基本信息 1.课程编号:09021338 2.课程名称:导游接待英语

3.英文名称:English for Tour Guides 4.课程简介:该课程在于使学生了解导游服务的基本内容,包括导游“吃、住、游、购、娱”全程服务标准、欢迎词、欢送词、线路设计、途中讲解、景点讲解等;同时教授了问答法、分段讲解法、虚实结合法、制造悬念法等10种景点讲解方法,加深学生对导游业务知识的了解,培养学生跨交际能力。导游接待英语这门课程使用《导游情景英语》这一教材,教材分为10个单元,每个单元分为3个小部分,包括背景知识介绍、对话和例句分析。全书附有光盘、听力文本和参考答案,便于学生课后操练,巩固学习成果。该课程是一门实用性很强的课,学生通过学习不仅提高口语,能进行简单的涉外导游工作,同时扩大知识面,不断完善认知结构,为学习专业课程和从事涉外导游工作奠定基础。

二、课程说明

1.教学目的和要求:1).培养学生的基本知识。了解并掌握涉外导游的基本知识体系。2).培养学生的基本技能,掌握涉外导游基本用语,能在今后的涉外导游工作中熟练的运用。

Chapter one receiving a tour group

一、教学要求:掌握基本的导游接站基本英语用语、欢迎词,并在实际工作中熟练运用。

二、教学重点:How to receive tour group 教学难点:spotting a tour group and Welcome speech

1.1 Background information.Spotting a tour group is the first step in the guiding proce.You should always check the number of people with the tour escort or the national guide in order to make sure that no one is miing.1.2 Dialogue one about receiving a tour group and dialogue two about dealing with things.1.3 Function study about spotting a tour group Part 2 On the way

2.1 Background information

When everyone is on the bus, as the tour guide, you shall double-check with the tour escort or national guide to see if everyone is aboard.Then, deliver a welcome speech to all the paenger, including greeting, self-introduction, the driver and the route.You should always welcome the guests to your city and ask them a pleasant journey and an enjoyable stay in your city.2.2 welcome speech and dialogue
