3．英文名称：English for Tour Guides 4．课程简介：该课程在于使学生了解导游服务的基本内容，包括导游“吃、住、游、购、娱”全程服务标准、欢迎词、欢送词、线路设计、途中讲解、景点讲解等；同时教授了问答法、分段讲解法、虚实结合法、制造悬念法等10种景点讲解方法，加深学生对导游业务知识的了解，培养学生跨交际能力。导游接待英语这门课程使用《导游情景英语》这一教材，教材分为10个单元，每个单元分为3个小部分，包括背景知识介绍、对话和例句分析。全书附有光盘、听力文本和参考答案，便于学生课后操练，巩固学习成果。该课程是一门实用性很强的课，学生通过学习不仅提高口语，能进行简单的涉外导游工作，同时扩大知识面，不断完善认知结构，为学习专业课程和从事涉外导游工作奠定基础。

1．教学目的和要求：1)．培养学生的基本知识。了解并掌握涉外导游的基本知识体系。2)．培养学生的基本技能，掌握涉外导游基本用语，能在今后的涉外导游工作中熟练的运用。
