填写学生成绩单注意事项
■ 参加OCEAN国际交流项目, 我机构要求提供该学生的近三年来的在校成绩单（以学校信头纸出具的百分制成绩单，并请老师签字盖章，中英文均可）。
■ 如学校没有具体格式，请参考以下样表内容，或直接把样表内容打印在学校的信头纸上。
■ 签字人员可以为学校任意领导或老师，学校的章可以为学校公章或教务处公章均可。
■ 并请将学生成绩按以下标准评定A=90-100, B=89-80, C=79-70, D=69-60, F=＜60后，填入
表School Transcript 内。
