摘要
本次设计的是综合楼。该工程的建筑面积约为8000m2,共8层,局部9层,一层商场层高为4.5m,二—八层为办公用房,层高3.4m。结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构;抗震要求为7度设防;二类一组场地,基础采用桩基础形式。
本次设计包括了建筑设计和结构设计,在建筑设计部分中,首先进行了
建筑方案设计,接着是建筑平面、立面、剖面和大样图等施工图设计,共完成建筑施工图12张。在结构设计部分中,首先进行了结构选型和结构布置、楼盖设计、屋盖设计,其次是选取了一榀横向框架进行手工计算,包括荷载统计和内力计算以及构件的配筋计算,共完成结构施工图19张。
在进行荷载计算时,针对不同的荷载特点采用不同的计算方法,恒载和活载采用分层法,风载采用反弯点法,地震荷载采用D值法,对所学知识进行了系统全面的复习。
在进行结构设计的同时,还进行了“PKPM”电算,并与手算结构进行对比,以达到分析计算结果的目的。

Abstract
my graduation design is “complex building”.The total area of the building is about 8000 square meters with eight floors.It is 4.5m of the first floor and 3.4m of the above floor.The building is reinforced concrete frame structure with the first floor using for shopping and the above floors using for office.The design contains architectural design and structural design.Firstly, I choose one of the scheme which I made , secondly, I design the architectural façade design、graphic design、section design and building fabric detailing.finally,I finish twelve piece of architectural working drawing.In the proce of structural design , firstly, I determine the structural form and collocation and the structural design of slab.Secondly ,I choose to calculate the ⑥ axes frame by hand , including the calculation of loads, the calculation of interior forces and the cro section design of the components, finally I finish nineteen pieces of structural working drawing.In the proce of calculating the interior force of the cro section ,I apply different method to different load, using stratifying method for dead load and live load ,using inflection point method for wind load andD-value method for earthquake load.In the proce of the gradual design, I use the computer program called“PKPM” to analysis my work, compared with the result which is calculated by hand.Keyword:Complex Buildingarchitectural designstructural calculationconstruction drawing design
