【中文摘要】供电行业是影响国民经济发展的基础性行业,国家的经济建设需要依靠电力的支持,因此,长期以来供电企业的发展趋势和改革动向一直受到社会的高度关注。作为典型的资本密集型行业,供电企业的发展与壮大,在很大程度上需要依赖于企业对设备资产的持续投资行为。近年来,随着电网改造速度的加快,电力企业的设备资产规模迅速扩大,面对如此迅速增长的设备资产规模,如何对其进行有效的管理,一直是供电企业不断追求的经营管理目标。而信息技术的应用是供电企业提高管理的有效手段之一,供电企业信息化建设能够提高企业的管理水平、建立现代企业制度、有效降低成本、加快技术进步、增强市场竞争力、提高经济效益,尤其在设备资产管理方面更能发挥良好的作用。ERP系统作为国际认可、很多成功企业的一种非常有效的管理理念和工具,在国内也越来越受到重视。供电企业近些年也开始尝试采用ERP系统进行对设备资产进行全周期的管理。运用ERP是当前设备资产管理发展的趋势,也越来越成为现代化企业提升管理水平及追求利润最大化的重要手段。本文以电力体制改革和国网公司“SG168”建设为背景,根据供电企业资产管理的自身特点,将经典的ERP管理思想引入到供电企业设备资产的信息化管理当中来,分析了供电企业信息化建设及设备资产管理的现状和主要存在问题,并以S供电公司ERP项目建设为实例,讨论了ERP设备管理模块在设
备资产管理方面的应用,对ERP实施后企业信息化管理的提升和设备资产全周期管理的优化加以分析和验证。最后对ERP在供电企业的应用进行了总结,并提出了自己的建议。
