我最喜欢的水果:火龙果
I am fond of eating various kinds of tasty food, especially ice-cream and jelly. Jelly is my thing because I like the way it melts in my mouth and it tastes of fruit.
One day, I found a short video clip about self-made fruit jelly. I had great interest in making fruit jelly and I would like to have a try.
I asked my mom to buy all the ingredients needed for making fruit jelly, including a dragonfruit, milk, sugar, bean jelly powder.
First of all, the dragonfruit was cut into small pieces and made into jam. Then we put the jam, milk, a spoonful of sugar and five spoonful of bean jelly powder into the pot. Remember to keep stirring while it is boiling. After all the ingredients melted, we poured it into a rectangle mold. Half an hour later, it cooled down and we put the mold into the refrigerator.
Two hours passed and it was time to take the jelly out, cut it into small pieces and taste it.
Wow, it was terrific! I am sure it is the most delicious jelly that I have ever eaten!
