面试官反感的几种行为
面试过程中，求职者的举手投足都是面试官所观察的重点，一般来说，以下几种人是HR所不喜欢的：
1、不注意衣着和外表。或不修边幅，衣冠不整;或邋里邋遢，不讲卫生。你可以不英俊，可以不漂亮，但你不可以穿着随便，不整洁，不得体。衣着和外表从某些方面也可以反映一个人的生活理念和工作态度。
2、过于紧张。表现得极不自然。要么说话时眼睛不敢看着对方，眼神游离;要么手脚不知道放在哪里。更有甚者，进来后也不与面试官打招呼，连您好，您早都不会说。
3、主试人还没伸手，便急匆匆地上来跟人家握手并十分夸张地寒暄。主试人还未邀请，便一屁股坐在椅子上。主试人叫他坐下，却噤若寒蝉，连声谢谢也不会说。
4、丢三落四，准备不充分。当主试人要查阅应聘资料时，表现得手忙脚乱。
5、回答问题时口齿不清晰。声音要么很大，让人觉得闹得慌;要么很小，小到听不见。说话没头没脑，答句不完整，嗯嗯啊啊，口头语多，说话啰嗦。让人觉得这是个欠缺思想的人。
6、不实事求是。对主试人的问题不能回答或暂时记不起来时，不是有礼貌地回答不懂或忘了，而是含糊其辞，吹牛皮，编瞎话。
7、经常截断主试人的话题。对重复的问题表现出不耐烦。
