Objectively speaking, Environmental protection awarene of humanity has greatly strengthened during the 30 years.Governments make some progre at environmental protecting.Mainly American and Europe countries get great progre on air and lake protection.At he same time international society are reducing emiion of harmful gases, and getting good efficient of protecting Erath ozone layer.But there are also many things we should do to sustainable the development of humanity.Automotive car is one of them.Automotive car are people`s indispensable means of transport.Since automotive car was designed, automotive car developed fast than the wildest mind.In 1806, the first cars powered by internal combustion engines running on fuel gas appeared, which led to the introduction in 1885 of the ubiquitous modern gasoline-fueled or petrol-fueled internal combustion engine.Cars powered by electricity briefly appeared at the turn of the 20th century but largely disappeared from commonality until the turn of the 21st century, when interest in low-emiions and zero-emiions transportation was reignited.Till now, automotive car has become an eential for people to live.If we want to win the economic battle in the future, I think we must image what the future world will be on the base of scientific proof.In my opinion and according to the data form TOYOTA, the future world will be the following conditions.Popularity increase rapidly with many land degradation, many lakes and rivers serious pollution.And at that time, there is great wealth gap resulting to different standard consumption.And there are also many different life styles in different countries and with different background.On the basis of all above conditions, I think we can consider how we can manage a automotive cooperation as a leader.Above all, as a leader, it is neceary to know what his/her main function is.The most primary and important function including four aspects: planning, organizing, leading and controlling.1.Planning

A comprehensive plan, a solid organization, good leadership cannot make sure to be succeful.A succeful enterprise always take close concerning on realization.Specific controlling are making standard to improve the progre to long-term goal, supervising personnel and section by collecting data, discovering problems by contrasting performance data and standard, then taking action to correct mistakes.When we clear the functions as a leader, we can know what should we do and how to do.As a leader of an automotive car cooperation, I will do like the following.Because of the energy crisis I have a plan to save energy.At first, I hire some experts to develop a new engineering system with new energy, such as air and hydrogen, CH4, solar energy etc..But my preferring is SOFCs for engineering system.Because the SOFCs is not limited by weather like solar energy, and its product is H2O which is very clean and harmle product.SOFCs developed very fast after being published.And now investigations on SOFCs make great progre.It also has some demerits, but its merits also attract people, more and more universities, institutes and companies focus on SOFCs.I think SOFCs must be succeful used for automotive energy system 25 years later.Harmony and unit team is neceary for a company’s development and long-term stability.I will often go to the working factory and sections to communicate with all of them, listen to their advice, and solve their problems on work and between each other.Discovering problems and solve problems in time are efficient means to keep coordination.A team making up of some quality inspection members controls quality of all automotive cars.I think it is very important for one company.Because only good quality can make consumers trust it and then increase its sales.The team must control quality of cars strictly not only for the sales and work, but the safety of all consumers.On the future automotive car, I have a tentative idea.The automotive car is designed very small.It just has one driver’s seat.It has an intelligent system.People can control wherever he/she is, no matter the driver know the way to somewhere.It can float on the air not run on the land.It has a very fast speed.So it is poible and feasible that one family has only one car.Thus the amounts of automotive cars all over the world will decrease.Then we can save resources.At this time the functions of automotive cars are very important for company’s competition.Moreover, the demands of consumers will be very different 25years later, so I also have a creative team.The team is responsible for developing and imaging new styles and concepts automotive cars to meet different consumers.All the basis of the developing and imaging is demands of consumers.25 years later, there may be many standards of people’s life style.Their spending powers are different, they have different cultural background, they come from different field, they have different jobs
