南京财经本科毕业论文（设计）南京仙林大学城地区民营快递发展状况研究 摘要：快递业是典型的物流行业，自快递业出现以来，快递业就成为了增长最快的行业之一。南京的快递业发展相对较早，发展速度也较快，经过一段时期的发展，南京快递行业已经形成一定的规模。本文在分析南京仙林大学城地区民营快递的发展态势的基础上，集中分析了圆通快递在此地区的发展状况，通过调查研究，采用了SWOT分析方法，分析了地区民营快递企业优势和劣势，从政府、社会、企业自身的角度提出了解决问题的对策。最后在结合圆通快递的基础上，并结合管理学的企业流程重组，人才战略和市场营销学的差异化战略，关系营销等理念对民营快递的发展提出了一些建议。
