Don’t Rely Too Much on Computers

现在我们生活在一个高速发展的时代，很难想象还有人不知道电脑。它几乎无处不在。你可以在办公室、教室、卧室、游戏厅、演讲会等很多场合见到它。在我们的生活、工作、学习中，电脑扮演着很多角色，它可以像朋友一样陪你看电影、玩游戏、上网，也可以像助手一样帮助你更好的工作、学习。总之，电脑的出现提高了生活的品质，也很大程度上提高了工作、学习的效率。
正是由于电脑带来的这些益处，现在许多人越来越多的依赖电脑。虽然电脑有很多好处，但是这一现象还是带来了很多弊端。
第一：依赖电脑影响了很多人的身体健康。一方面很多人整天用电脑，将很多时间用在这上面，就很大程度上缩减或者是占有了人们运动、作息的时间。另一方面，电脑本身能产生辐射，长时间处于电脑旁边，会对人的身体健康造成影响，还有长时间盯着显示器看，会对眼睛造成伤害，这就是你看到的现在很多人都严重近视，甚至是小孩很小的时候就已经近视了。
第二：依赖电脑影响了很多人的身体健康。电脑占用了很多人太多的时间，这就影响了人们的交流、心里调节的时间，使得人人之间距离变远，关系疏远，影响家庭和谐，社会安定。
因此，我坚决反对过多的依赖电脑。提倡合适分配使用电脑时间，将更多的注意力和精力用在运动、人与人的交流、交友等有益于身心健康的事情上来。

Now we are living in the times developing at a high speed.You can hardly imagine that there is someone who doesn't recognize computers.You can find computers in the offices, clarooms, bedrooms, game halls and in many occasions.Computers play different figures in our daily life, work and studies.You can treat your computer as a friend when you are watching movies, playing games and surfing the Internet.Besides, your computer can also help you to work and study more efficiently, like an aistant.In a word, the appearance of computers not only improves our work and studies a lot, but also leads to a more convenient life.As a result of these benefits that computers can bring in, now people are more and more relying on computers.Although computers are so important, they may also cause many problems.Firstly, relying on computers hurts our physical health.On the one hand, many people allocate a lot of time with computers, which will largely reduce and occupy people's time for sports and rest.On the other hand, radiation can be produced by computers themselves, which is harmful to our health with computers aside for a long time.What's more, as a result of staring at the monitors, our eyes are becoming weaker and weaker, even little children may have been nearsighted.Secondly, relying on computers also does no good to our psychological health.Computers occupy too much time, which cuts down people's time for communication.Now people are becoming more and more lonely and are in lack of understanding each other, which largely affects social stability.In the end, I firmly oppose too much relying on computers.It is advocated that we should spend more time and energy on sports, communication and friends, which are beneficial to our physical and psychological health.2012-9-17
