导师制论文:普通高中德育导师制的探索与实践
【中文摘要】代的发展要求教育的变革,伴随新一轮基础教育课程改革在全国进行,追求全体学生的全面发展,倡导以人为本的理念,已经成为时代的要求,如何不断的加强与改进德育教育,开创新的德育工作思路与方式,积极拓宽德育工作的渠道,探索有效的德育模式已经成为学校工作的当务之急。在此情形下,在普通高中尝试实行“德育导师制”是适应学生不同需要和个体差异的有效形式。通过本课题的研究希望为高中阶段的德育工作提高一个基本的研究模式,也有助于指导德育实践的创新。本论文共分四个部分。论文的第一部分是绪论。介绍了德育导师制度尤其是普通高中德育导师制在国内外同一领域实施现状,同时也界定了德育、导师制和德育导师基本概念,明确了德育导师制是学校德育管理的有益尝试。论文的第二部分阐述了目前普通高中实行德育导师制的必要性和可能性。针对普通高中德育管理存在的现状,提出了一种行之有效的德育方式——高中德育导师制。在必要性方面:
1、对我国未成年人思想道德现状的审视;
2、提高学校德育管理有效性;
3、适应新课程背景下课程改革的需要;
4、转变教师教育观念,促进教师素质提高;
5、尊重学生个性,实现学生健康发展;
6、尊重学生个性,实现学生健康发展。在可能性方面:1.高中学生的身心发展特点决定导师制度的可行性;
2、新的课程改革和国家的重视为导师制实施的创造了条件;
3、社会教育资源可以为德育导师制的实施提供积极帮助;
4、各级各类德育导师制可以成为普通高中德育导
师制的有益借鉴。因此,在普通高中的德育导师管理和尝试,在实现“教书育人”为学生的全面发展健康发展方面提供了一个良好的管理模式。论文的第三部分探讨了如何在普通高中实施德育导师制具体措施。构建新型的“普通高中德育导师制”体系主要包括:首先提出了实施普通高中德育导师制的指导思想、基本原则。其次介绍了普通高中实施德育导师制的具体步骤:从德育导师步骤来看重点要做好宣传工作、明确导师的职责、确定德育导师的人选、建立相关的导师制度等。普通高中德育导师制所确立管理制度需要在实践中不断的完善,对其执行过程进行监控与反馈。论文的第四部分是对普通高中实施德育导师制度的几点思考。在普通高中推行德育导师制既是可行的也是必要的,但是在实施过程中我们依然要处理好一些问题:关于德育导师制度的定位问题;关于德育导师的评价、考核问题;关于针对不同类型学校、不同年龄段学生开展不同形式的德育导师制问题等,在实践中通过对以上问题深入探讨反思,进一步提出相应的改进措施,从扩大导师群体队伍,关注学生全面发展。
