教学目标
（一）语言知识：
1、能理解、认读生词：horse、there is、there are、have a look、sheep、climbing、vegetable、face。
2、能理解和认读句子： There is a horse in this photo.There are some nice photos here.(二)语言技能目标：
能用“There be”句型说句子。
（三）情感态度目标：
能在积极参与活动，和他人合作完成任务的过程中获得学习乐趣和学习成就感。

重点：全体学生能听懂：There is a girl in this photo.She’s riding a horse.I can’t see her face.难点：全体学生能认读：there is、horse、there are 教学准备：
教师准备单词卡片：horse、there is、there are、have a look、sheep、climb、vegetable、face 教学过程：
（一）热身运动
1、Sing a chant.2、学习单词“horse”和句子“There is…”板书“There is a horse in this photo.”
(二)教授新单词
1、出示“蔬菜”以及单词“vegetable”学生跟读。
2、出示“sheep”，学生跟读，并出示句子“There is a sheep.”然后教师板书“There is a sheep in this photo.”学生分组齐读课题。
3、“vegetable”和“sheep”连在一起，“It’s eating vegetables.”
4、出示“face”，学生跟读，教师摸自己的脸，说：“This is my face.”接着摸学生的脸“This is your face.”
5、“have a look”出示Amy和Sam聊天的图片。“have a look”为红色，教师领读，并把单词贴在黑板上，运用领读、拼读来学习单词。
6、出示练习册里的第一题的四幅图片及四个句子，让学生通过读并连线，从而了解“There is…”句型。
（三）学习课文

4、幻灯片出示：
1）There is a horse in this photo.2)There is a sheep in this photo.3)There is a cat.4)There is a girl under the tree.5、学生跟读，完成AB第2题。
6、学习活动3。1）播放录音
2）学生看图听录音，理解语句。
3）再次播放，学生跟读，并模仿语音语调。
7、完成SB Unit 1 活动 4 1）要求学生看图，了解活动要求，并四人小组用“There is…”描述图片内容。
2）请部分学生起来说句子，不会的教师可适时进行点拨。教师总结：
There is…和There are…的区别是be的确定是根据其后面的名词来而定的，There is后跟不可数名词或可数名词单数，例如：There is a cat.There are后跟可数名词复数，例如：There are two girls.Homework:
1、给家人朗读课文，并让家长签字。
2、完成AB Unit 1 练习5。
