Unit 6 Christmas单元备课

【单元复习内容:】

Book 5 Unit 6的主题是 Christmas.语言功能是谈论圣诞节的风俗习惯。【单元学情分析:】

本课的教学对象是五年级学生。通过两年的英语学习,他们的听说读写能力已经初步形成,已掌握了丰富的英语知识。同时不能忽视后进生的发展,培养学生积极的情感态度和自主学习能力。

【单元教学目标】 知识目标:

1、能听懂、会说、认读并规范书写单词:bring, bag, star, light, dre, animal;能听懂、会说、认读单词和短语:Christmas, December, together, Santa, sack, decorate, stocking, end, meny, help yourselves, turkey,并能结合句型灵活运用。2.能听懂、会说、认读句型:“What do you usually do at Christmas?”“The family gettogether.”“Let’s decorate the Christmas tree.““What will you do?”“I will put the star on the tree.“”What presents did you get?““I got a football.” 能力目标:

1、能运用所学句型谈论圣诞节。

2、初步了解字母组合th, ou在单词中的发音规律。情感目标:

能了解圣诞节的相关文化背景。【单元教学重、难点】 教学重点:

1、能听懂、会说、认读并运用句型“What do you usually do at Christmas?”“The family get together.”“Let’s decorate the Christmas tree.“”What will you do?““I will put the star on the tree.” “What presents did you get?” “I got a football.”

2、能了解圣诞节的相关信息,能够交流有关圣诞节的话题。教学难点: 圣诞节的文化背景和一般将来时”will”的表达方式。教学手段

多媒体课件、单词卡片、实物图片。教学方法

实物激趣法、任务型教学

五、教学过程: Step1 Sharp eyes 大屏幕出示U6单词,快速认读,开火车读等。Step2.Free talk.T:What day is today? Ss:It’s December 25.T:Oh,It’s Christmas Day.Merry Christmas,everyone.Step3.Revision Task

1、Read and match 师:What is Christmas?Do you know? Let’s read and match.大屏幕出示小短文,让学生仔细阅读,并连线。Task

2、复习本单元重点句子及短语,大屏幕出示图片

T:Well done,boys and girls.What do you usually do at Christmas? S1:The family get together.S2:We hve a big dinner and sing Christmas songs.S3:We can get some gifts.Task 3:装饰圣诞树

T:Very good ,boys and girls.What’s this?(出示圣诞树图片)

Ss: Christmas tree.T:Can you decorate it?(师出示星星、灯、小球及袜子的图片)Ss:Sure.学生上台展示,并把图片贴到相应位置: S1:I will put the star here.S2:I will put the lights on the tree.S3:I will put the balls on the tree.S4:I will put the storking at the end of my bed.Task 4:Sing Christmas song T:Wow ,wonderful.Now,let’s sing the Christmas song together,OK? Ss:OK.(师生同唱圣诞歌)Step5:Watch and write.播放第三课课文录音,然后根据课文填空。Step6:Listen and repeat(1)教师出示本节课的认读单词,让学生试读,然后听录音,让学生总结字母组合的发音。强调th组合发音的区别。(2)跟录音读,反复朗读,注意字母组合不同的发音。(3)找生读。(one by one)(4)摘水果:幻灯片出示单词,th两种发音进行分类。Step 4:Exentation 1.Just now,we
