I observed Natasha’s English cla at 16:00—17:00 on Thursday.The topic of this oral English cla is ‘character’.Firstly, the teacher explained the meaning of character.And she gave many adjectives to her students and let them explain the meaning of these adjectives.Then, the teacher illustrated these adjectives in detail, at the same time, she required her students use these adjectives to describe themselves.After that, the teacher provided some questions for her students and asked them to answer these questions which relates to character.Finally, the teacher played a game which gueed some words.2.The achievement of this cla

Firstly, the teacher corrected her students’ pronunciation and grammar errors;it will help students pronounce very well in the future and remember their grammar errors clearly.Secondly, the teaching atmosphere of this English cla is actively.The teacher guided her students to speak in the cla.All the students participated in the cla.Every student has opportunities to speak in the cla.At the same time, gue words game is interesting, it will stimulate these students to join in the cla and help students improve their English as soon as poible.Finally, the teacher encouraged her students to speak in the cla.Encouragements are important;she gave much praise and encouragements to her students.Therefore, their students will have more confidence to speak in public.3.Suggestions

The teacher could give some oral homework for her students after cla.Oral homework will promote them to practice at home and have more time to speak.The teacher needs to check their homework next time and help them improve their oral English quickly.
