There are basically two ways to get work done.One is working individually.Working individually can use time by myself.It is very freedom.We can work out problems by myself.In this way, the important thing is we can develop me.We can have a lot of experience and technology.The other one is working in a team.In this way, we can discu with each other.Everyone can help you work well.The others can tell their experience to you.We can have more and more ways to work problems out.In my opinion, I like working individually.Because a lot of things must be worked out by myself.Some things cannot be worked out by some others, I am a smart boy.I don’t need others.But sometime I work in a team.Because I can’t work some problems out.
