MR.mayor ladies and gentlemen,On behalf of all the members of my group, I ‘ d like to thank you for your warm reception and incomparable hospitalities.The past six days in the New York city has been truly pleasant and enjoyable.We have strongly felt dynamism of the city and the utmost courtesy and genuine friendship of the New York citizens.I am glad to see that our two cities have eventually step on the road to a genuine friendly cooperative relationship.Our two sides have agreed to establish a-city friendly relationship orientation towards the 21th century.To reach this goal, we have reached an agreement on following three principles:
