WORK WITH A TEAM IS BETTER
Maybe there are some people thinking that working independently is good to individuals.But as far as I am
concerned, working with a group of people on a team is better.As an old saying goes: Where many help to gather
firewood, the flames shoot high.Working with a team, we can accumulate everybody’s ideas and choose the best one to apply to our task.And when we need to do a complex and
time-consuming aignment, we can divide the aignment into several parts.Everyone of us just need to a little part of the task.Since everyone’s aignment is not so hard and complex, we can spend le time and do our best to
accomplish it with a light heart.For instance, last summer, we got a task about making a survey on culture of our school.When I was worried about it, my roommate came to me and advised that we could make a group and everyone just needed to take a little part of it.Then, we made a good plan and
everyone of us accomplished our own part perfectly.We did an excellent job eventually.So in my opinion, only working with a team can we find a best idea and do an aignment efficiently and perfectly.
