Speaking and Listening 教学反思：

In the first term, we have learned the English speaking and listening.We also had a foreign teaching aistant to teach our oral English which is of great importance to improve the ability of communication with others.At the beginning of this term, all of students were divided into several groups.In the cla, we learned the basic knowledge about speaking and listening.As the teacher said, don’t be shy, just speak loudly.I found that I was not afraid to speak in public and become more confident.At the end of term, we made a simulative international conference, the teacher gave each group profeional advice.We also listened the English records in the cla.It is very effective to improve our listening skills.备注：
